**Requirements:**

- Confident demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
