### Job Description
Shopee Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our remote team. This position plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while enhancing their overall experience with our platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Management:**
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. Identify and understand client needs through regular communication and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Communication & Coordination:**
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Problem Solving:**
Proactively identify potential issues and areas of improvement in our service delivery. Utilize analytical skills to find effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Client Onboarding and Training:**
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing training on how to effectively use the Shopee platform. Create and present client-focused training modules and materials.
- **Feedback Collection:**
Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify potential areas for growth. Document insights and collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary changes.
- **Report Generation:**
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics, presenting findings to management and suggesting actionable improvements.
- **Market Awareness:**
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve our clients and enhance our offerings.
### Requirements
- **Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
At least 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.

- **Resilient:** Strong sense of determination and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
- **Soft Skills:**

- **Presentation Skills:** Comfortable creating and delivering client presentations that convey important information clearly and compellingly.
- **Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software. Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
- **Work Environment Requirements:**
