**Job Description:**
Taxumo is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a pivotal member of the client relations department, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences with our services are exceptional. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm their satisfaction and gather feedback on our services.
2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Quickly identify and analyze client issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring that all queries are logged and addressed efficiently.
3. **Relationship Building:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new clients and facilitate smooth transitions to our services.
4. **Presentation and Demonstration:**
- Prepare and present engaging demonstrations of Taxumo's services to clients, highlighting features that meet their specific needs.
- Organize and participate in presentations or meetings aimed at enhancing client engagement.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with fellow team members to promote a culture of teamwork and support, sharing insights and strategies for effective client management.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
6. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all relevant documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing reports on client interactions, service performance, and feedback trends to inform management decisions.
7. **Client Training:**
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using Taxumo effectively, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in utilizing our platform.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Able to consistently meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
- Driven: Motivated to achieve personal and organizational goals while continuously seeking improvements.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent teamwork capabilities, demonstrating a collaborative approach to client relations.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to clients.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or tax-related services is an advantage.
