Details of the offer

The position will coordinate, assess, negotiate and settle assistance and insurance claims in accordance with the specific insurance policy issued and instructions received from the underwriters. He/she is expected to provide a high quality of service to customers, taking account of agreed customer service, quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in customer service, insurance and/or medical assistance services
- Must have knowledge in IT systems and Policy Disclosure Wordings
- With good command of the English language; must be assertive
- Experience with Australian or any English-speaking customer interface is an advantage
