Civil Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable mannerPrepares civil calculation for foundation and concreteConduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specificationsAssess potential risks, materials and costs.Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.Preparing and implementing project plans.Researching and providing estimates for projects.Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.Project management duties (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.). Qualifications:

o Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and licensed under PRC.

o With at least 2 years' work-related experience at site construction and project management with civil works, structural and horizontal constructions.

o With experience in civil works and structural, calculation for foundation and concrete

o With good working knowledge in the use of MS Office and MS Project, AUTOCAD, STAAD and other design software for drawings/rendering

o Experience on how to make cost estimate and analysis.

o Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

o Ability to effectively manage time, resolve issues and decision making.

o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

o Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

o With good verbal and written communication skills.

o Preferably residing in Nueva Ecija or willing to be deployed.
