Civil Engineer

Responsibilities: Reviewing project proposals and plans with management.Controlling project plans by assessing design and schedule changes.Leading facilities management activities and advising on technical investigations for repairs.Collaborating with engineers for civil and structural repairs and coordinating bid status with the QS team.Ensuring timely execution of repairs and maintenance.Conducting inspections and meetings with contractors and departments.Providing monitoring reports and consolidating project documentation for closure.Implementing construction standards and cost efficiencies for renovations and new builds.Presenting project plans to stakeholders and coordinating with internal and external customers. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Civil Engineering; Must be Licensed Civil EngineerMinimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is requiredWith background in Construction IndustryStrong communications and organizational skills, keen to detailsWilling to do field works/branch visits if neededCandidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
