Chief Operations Officer - Digital Bank

Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiencyAssessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processesLeading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectivesMaking sure that company marketing strategies are hitting the target marketMentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of managementEstablishing policies that improve and promote company vision and cultureEvaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve resultsCollaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent5+ years working experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the banking industryIn-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, sales and human resourcesExcellent leadership and organizational skillsKnowledge of accounting, financial analysis and data analysisOutstanding written and oral communication skillsStrategic planning and business developmentExperience in budgeting and sale
