Chief of Staff - Makati, Pilipinas - Ninja Van PHWe are seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chairman/CEO or President of a diverse company/group with 20+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in economics/management, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and be detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and proficient in project management.
Responsibilities: Support the Chairman and CEO by managing day-to-day operations and responsibilities.Attend meetings and represent the Chairman/CEO when necessary.Coordinate with executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Oversee clerical staff and maintain office inventory.Prepare reports and manage executives' calendars.Qualifications: At least twenty (20) years of work experience as Chief of Staff to the Chairman/CEO or President of a diverse company, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.Strong analytical and resourceful skills.Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability.High level of computer literacy and knowledge of corporate business processes.Full-time work in our Makati office is required.
