Chief of Staff - Makati, Pilipinas - Monroe Consulting GroupWe are seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to support the School Head of our Executive Education & Lifelong Learning School. This pivotal role involves driving international accreditation efforts, managing strategic planning, and ensuring alignment across the school's various programs. As a key advisor and right hand to the School Head, the Chief of Staff will play an instrumental role in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the school's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the School Head to develop and execute strategic initiatives, aligning with the school's vision and growth objectives.Program Assessment: Lead efforts in evaluating program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.International Accreditation: Drive processes to achieve and maintain international accreditation, ensuring program quality and compliance with global standards.School Planning & Alignment: Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive planning and alignment of goals, facilitating smooth execution of school-wide initiatives.Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor to the School Head, providing insights and recommendations on operational and strategic matters.Qualifications: Proven experience in strategic planning, program assessment, or operations management, preferably in an educational setting.Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex information to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Self-motivated individual contributor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience in handling accreditation processes is a plus.With at least twenty (20) years of work experience as Chief of Staff to the Chairman / Chief Executive Officer or a President of a diverse company or Group of Companies, preferably in the construction, manufacturing or other related industries. Bachelor's degree required.
