About the Role The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team, acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and exceptional communicator with a strong operational mindset. You will be responsible for managing key initiatives, streamlining processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Strategic Support: Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO (or other senior leaders), providing counsel on key business decisions, priorities, and long-term planning. Help define and drive the company's strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. Track and monitor the execution of high-priority projects and strategic objectives, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline internal operations, improving processes and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Support day-to-day management of executive activities, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and preparing briefings and reports. Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across teams. Project Management: Lead or support key organizational projects, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and accountability. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring any issues are flagged and resolved promptly. Report on progress and outcomes of major initiatives to the executive team. Leadership and Team Development: Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, ensuring alignment and fostering a culture of collaboration. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Work closely with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of messaging. Represent the executive team in meetings, communicating key decisions and outcomes to other leaders and teams. Manage sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism. We're looking for candidates with the following competencies: Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, project management, or a similar strategic role. Proven experience supporting senior leadership and managing complex projects. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Core Competencies Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
