About the Role: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly within the healthcare or telehealth sectors. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, user engagement, and brand awareness across multiple digital channels, including Facebook, Google, Hulu, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform marketing decisions and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.Lead the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition.Oversee the development of marketing plans, including content, digital, and social media strategies.Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:Manage and optimize ad campaigns across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, Hulu, and others.Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to maximize ROI and reach key demographics.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance campaign performance.Data Analysis and Market Insights:Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Leverage data analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Conduct customer segmentation and persona development to tailor marketing efforts to specific audience segments.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry and growth.Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches.Brand Management and Communication:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and communications.Develop and oversee the execution of content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, and social media content.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements as needed.Requirements: Must have at least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar senior marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and Telehealth platforms.Strong knowledge of digital advertising channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.Must have established experience with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Mix Panel, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Suite, Canva, Powerpoint or Keynote, Google Data Studio, Sem Rush, and Gartner.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.Experience with customer segmentation, persona development, and targeted marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with the regulatory environment and best practices in telehealth marketing is a plus.
