Job Description IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.Software Development: Lead the design, improvement, and maintenance of various logistic and warehousing systems, from open source to large ERP.Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, improvement, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure and resilient networks, both on-prem and cloud.Stakeholder Management: Drive relationships with critical technology partners, both internal and external stakeholders. Be an advocate with other Business Leaders in driving technology change and performance.Organization Development: Build a strong, high-performing technology team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.The Successful Applicant Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership, ideally within a B2B sector (logistic or warehouse is a nice to have).Technical Expertise: Expertise in either infrastructure, cloud technologies, or software development. Proficiency in overseeing scalable platforms and managing technological risks associated with large-scale enterprise systems.Leadership: A proven track record in leading and managing teams, and the ability to deliver complex technology projects on time and within budget.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
