Qualifications:Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalentLicensed EngineerMinimum of 7 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment/systems maintenanceProven ability to handle multiple projects and make sound decisionsIn-depth knowledge of building systems maintenanceProficient in reading and understanding blueprintsMust have a Certificate of Completion in Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations, and Maintenance TrainingStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDependable with high value for work ethics and customer serviceKeen to details with excellent observation skillsGood moral characterMust be available and on call 24/7 Responsibilities:Oversee and manage building operations, equipment, and systems maintenanceLead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsMonitor and ensure compliance with safety and building codesCoordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairsImplement and oversee preventive maintenance schedulesProvide technical guidance and support to the engineering team Salary offer: PHP 35,000.00 BASIC PAY + PHP 5,000.00 PCO ALLOWANCE
