The new hotel complements the companys five existing properties in the Philippines.
The mixed-use business, residential and retail tower is located along 5th Avenue and 30th Street, within the new, fast-developing Taguig business district. It is a 30-minute drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and is also close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, 10 minutes from Makati district, the capitals financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.
DUTIES He/She will be in charge of the kitchen when the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef is not available. He/She will lead the team and make sure production and preparation is done in time. He/She will maintain high standards and quality of food preperations. He/She will also communicate with the other kitchens and departments regarding requests for events.
REQUIREMENTS Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Culinary Arts or in the same capacity. Preferably with 4 years experience working in either a luxury restaurant or in a 5 star hotel environment Preferably knowledgeable and with upto date culinary trends and styles Preferably practices high standards in food safety preparations (ie. HACCP and ISO22000) Preferably communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language) A self-starter and a teamplayer Enjoys interacting with people Enjoys being challenged Committed to serving food of the highest quality Willing to work shifts
