Job Description Train, supervise and work with the Demi Chef de Partie and belowRun any section assigned by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in-chargeStrong knowledge on Waste Management and controlling costsQuality control of produce and final dishes RequirementsDegree in Culinary ArtsWith at least 1 year of relevant experience as Pastry Chef / Chef de Partie, Pastry or equivalent in a high-end establishmentExpertise in food product, presentation, quality and preparation along with menu concept and designHigh level of Customer Service; able to come up with last minute requests for VIP clientsStrong attention to detail and time managementBasic knowledge in Financial ManagementPatience in training junior staff efficientlyWilling to work on shifting schedules, overtime, holidays and weekends if and when required Requirements
