Chef De Cuisine - Chinese Restaurant

We are looking for a well-experienced  Chef de Cuisine – Chinese Restaurant who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the No. 8 China House outlet kitchen.
This role will be responsible in overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team and implementing policies and procedures. He/She will be working closely with the restaurant manager in building and guiding the whole team in the restaurant.
Qualifications Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
Progressive career in Chinese kitchen operations preferably in international luxury brands, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role Comprehensive knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and food presentation In-depth understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems Strong management and leadership capabilities Passion for working with people
