Responsibilities:
• Conveys with consumer on the telephone or by way of written communication to settle problems.

• Being aware of the customers’ wishes by means of productive listening and questioning skills

• Dealing Doing business with all phone messages politely, courteously, precisely & assertively

• Coordinating customers’ demands to Clients’ offerings and services

• Using negotiation and influencing tactics to handle questions and accomplish the customers’ buy-in

Qualification:
• Candidate must at least High School graduate

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Candidate must have average to excellent English communication skills

• Candidates with call center experience are preferred but not required

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Requirements:
