Join our team as a full-time Chat Email Support (NON-VOICE) in Iloilo, Western Visayas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat and email channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and queries.
What you'll be doing:
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while adhering to company policies and procedures
Documenting customer interactions and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors or subject matter experts as needed
Actively participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your customer service skills
Maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times

Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including chat and email platforms
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
