• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on tax-related issues, including individual, corporate, and estate tax planning.
• Advise on complex tax matters such as corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
• Represent clients in dealings with the IRS, state tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies in tax disputes, audits, and appeals.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues, rulings, and legal precedents to ensure clients receive sound legal and financial advice.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other legal and accounting professionals within the firm, providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives related to tax and legal services and client outreach.
