Certified Day Shift Accounts Assistant

Global Fitness and Leisure is a leading bicycle, fitness and play equipment distributor with locations in Victoria and New South Wales. Products from brands under the GFL umbrella are available through major retail stores, our reseller network and also direct to public via our e-commerce store fronts, traditional bricks and mortar establishments and warehouse outlets.

Enjoy working closely with the accounts team based in Australia. Take charge of direct daily, weekly and monthly accountabilities, whilst supporting other team members in bookkeeping and accounting related activities.

Role:
• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Book Keeping

• Reconciliations

• Credit Cards

• Various other adhoc accounting and administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualification

• Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar

• Friendly phone manner with a strong commitment to customer service

• Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent analytical ability

• Language: Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred:
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
