At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with main focus on IT requirements for clients in the IT, BPO or shared services setupKnowledge of the STAR Interview Response TechniqueA Filipino living anywhere in CebuWith a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Studies or equivalentCan start as on February 2025
