Cash Custodian - Sta. Maria Bulacan

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. As Cash Custodian you are responsible for ensuring that the cash sales of the station are accounted and secured at all times.2. Checks, validates and ensures correctness of cashier shift report with complete and correct attachment3. Ensures that all policies and procedures related to cash management are strictly followed such as;i. Cash Dropii. Cash Pulloutiii. Cash Shortages4. Ensures that the Cashier's text report and every shift dipstick sent on time to the proper recipients.5. Ensures that the Sales Journal and Cash Receipt Journal are updated.6. Ensures that the picture of the validated deposit slip is sent to the head office immediately after the deposit.7. Ensures that the cash sales transmittal with validated deposit slip are prepared and transmitted to the head office on time.8. Updates the following reports:i. Credit Cardii. Revised Expensesiii. Invoice Monitoring Reportiv. Receipt Monitoringv. Lubricantsvi. Solane LPGvii. GCASHviii. PayMaya9. As an Officer In-Charge you must:a. Be the keyholder of the station vaults and sales office as assigned to do the cash counting for deposit. Cashier will be the other key holder to follow the two persons to open the vault.b. Prepares reports that are usually done by the Station Supervisor as follows:Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Santa Maria, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Custodian: 1 year (preferred)
