Responsibilities:
Provide support for English presale inquiries via chat, phone, and email
Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions providing world-class customer service
Diagnoses and resolves basic troubleshooting
Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed
Upsell additional services and provide a recommendation based on customer requirement

Requirements:
Proficient in Cantonese and English language.
Have 1 year of Technical Support experience.
Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of upselling experience
Shows a high level of understanding of relevant technologies including home and minor to medium size business networking technologies including switches, routers, WIFI, and IoT devices, etc.
Understanding routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DSL, DHCP, QoS.
Knowledge of different Networking and Internet Protocols.
Ability to do network troubleshooting (Using different commands like IP Config, MSconfig etc)
Knowledge of different types of Network Topologies and Set Up
