Minimum Qualifications:At least high school graduate
Good communication and interaction skills
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft office and the internet
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, on holidays and weekends and to render overtime if needed.

ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound customer service calls
Processing inbound sales calls
Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls
Answering technical support inquires via incoming calls, chat or email.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
