Kumu is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team! This remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your home. As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions regarding products, services, and policies.
- **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer complaints effectively, employing negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Information Management:** Accurately document customer interactions, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system.
- **Sales Support:** Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and communicate these effectively to customers.
- **Feedback Provision:** Gather customer feedback on products and services, contributing valuable insights to help improve our offerings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to share best practices and develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
- **Time Management:** Maintain a high level of productivity and enthusiasm, meeting performance metrics while balancing workload efficiently.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.
- Strong internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident demeanor with the ability to engage customers and communicate clearly.
- Hardworking attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues.

- Open to part-time shifts including evenings and weekends.
