Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers, listening attentively to their concerns or questions, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving customer issues or complaints.


What are we looking for?
At least High School Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad (new curriculum)
With at least 7 months Call Center Experience in tech & sales
Must not be enrolled / student
Willing to work full time and in shifting schedule (no part time)
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Willing to work on site
