Call Center Agent - No Experience Needed - Start Asap

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

-Addressing customer needs and concerns
-Adhering to company and client policies and processes
-Identifying customer requirements, providing accurate solutions
-Building rapport with customers and ensuring customer engagement
-Documenting activities and managing productivity
-Possible involvement in sales activities
-Understanding and working towards set targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum age of 18 (Legal Age Requirement)
-High school graduate or at least completed Senior High School
-Completion of college level or graduation
-Call center experience not mandatory
-Alternative Learning System (ALS) with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
-Willingness to work on-site
-Availability for graveyard shifts and shifting schedules
-Able to work on weekends and holidays
