Call Center Agent

Duties & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products/services
Manage a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads to convert into sales
Build strong relationships with customers and handle any inquiries or concerns
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Record sales activities and update CRM systems accurately
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Experience in using CRM software is a plus
