Business Support Staff

Receives the Customer Order/Purchase Order from Customers and Register the order details in Electronic Business Suite- Endorse/forward customer order in Production Planning Control Staff- Send confirmation of Acknowledged Customer Order/Purchase Order with PPc's Acknowledge Date- Assist Business Support Head in monitoring status of all Open Orders in line with PPC's Shipment Plan and MPS- Arrange shipment, from preparation of Shipping Documents and Booking- Receives the product inquiry and/or request for quotation from the customers- Monitoring of Delivery performance- ASCP DemandQUALIFICATION- Graduate of 4 -year course- With experience on export work is an advantage- Computer literate- Can work with less supervision**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay
