Key Responsibilities: Partner with users, product owners & data engineers to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions (dashboard & interactive reporting tools on key business measures) Work directly with business stakeholders to translate business data needs into technical requirements, design, and implementation through data visualization. Develop, test, and maintain BI dashboards to high standards of quality and performance using company-approved BI Tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau). Utilize UI/UX best practices to craft visualizations that create a single, aligned version of truth, presenting clear information about business results & calling for action. Train junior team members and assist in setting up and/or implementing best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of solutions. Flexibility in working with medium to high complexity projects, possibly utilizing multiple BI tools for each solution. Provide and maintain user access, report connections, and troubleshooting by navigating management consoles or workspaces. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any relevant field related to Business Intelligence. Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing BI solutions, preferably with Power BI, Qlikview, or QlikSense. Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home depending on business needs and current external situations. Shift Schedule: Amenability to work on assigned schedules (dependent on business need). Minimum Skills to Hire Technical Skills: Experienced with BI technologies (e.g., Qlikview, QlikSense, Power BI) Pertinent experience in Data Modelling and normalization Solid understanding of ETL methodology. Strong knowledge/proficiency of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and the Business Intelligence area. Understanding of design and development tools, SDLC methodologies, and techniques is preferred. Curiosity and analytical mindset – ability to ask the right questions and propose solutions, with strong evidence of transforming data into actionable insights. Experience working in agile (SCRUM) is an advantage. Project management experience preferred. Adept at data storytelling and visualization – proficiency in creating solutions that align with business requirements and the company's branding. Soft Skills: Proven experience with customer management and project administration. Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal communication. Ability to allocate time efficiently, handle multiple demands, and manage competing priorities. Planning and organization skills, including the ability to prepare schedules and communicate the status of overall development efforts. Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times. Adaptable to teamwork and dynamic work environments.
