Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities: Develop Marketing Strategies:

Create detailed marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Identify and analyze the market trends and the competitive landscape.

Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Development:
Coordinate and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the brand's voice and identity.
Develop content for social media channels.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Public Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Write and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.

Event Planning:
Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics and manage event budgets.

Proven experience in marketing, business development or similar role.
Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Skills:
Strong communications and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).Proactive self-learner with advanced presentation and persuasive skills.Strong time-management and organization skills with a good eye for details.

Travel:
