Business Analyst (Salesforce Lightning)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Boni Mandaluyong and BGC Taguig.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams and business cases to facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops.
Apply knowledge and/or skills of Preparing and reviewing business requirements, functional specifications, technical
design documents and unit test cases.
Developing process work flows, Preparing and reviewing test plans, unit test Document and integration test
documents.
Provide a coherent mapping between the business process and applications that could potentially enable that
process.
Provide documentations of the project. process Document design, process flows, User and Deployment Manual
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as Business analyst on Sales Force Field Service projects
Experience on similar Sales Force Lightning implementation projects for TELCO and support services
Minimum years’ experience in complex technological environments.
Minimal Experience of 2 years like support technician of Sales Force Lightning product and Cloud Environment
Minimal Experience of 1 year managing technical assistance team personnel of support to applications and level products.
Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology (Scrum)
