?JOB PURPOSE :The Brand Manager is responsible for the P&L of the Market and Brand and will define the strategic direction, budget management and delivery against the targets set. As the market specialist, they will drive optimization working closely with key stakeholders in the business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop tailored Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Reactivation marketing strategy to achieve business client and company objectives.
Handle the development of our product markets calendar and management of execution, including targeted and onsite campaigns; ensuring campaigns are appropriately localized and creating unique campaign opportunities for each region are recognized.
Work closely with the Marketing Channels to conceptualize promotions creative and messaging, optimizing offers and communication tools to ensure the creative assets meet the promotion objectives and concept and are aligned with the marketing strategy.
Manage the bonus projections, budget and spend.
Monitor and report on KPIs and budget to stakeholders; reacting to and communicating trends that become apparent.
Perform analysis of completed promotions and share learning’s with the rest of the business.
Effectively synthesize & communicate plans and progress to stakeholders.
Perform continuous research of the online competition worldwide; especially focus on the Asian markets.
Build strong relationships with internal cross functional teams and peers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Primarily looking for a proven creative thinker with experience in the delivery of new product concepts, creating a market leading brand positioning & proposition.
A clear focus on sales and business growth is necessary within a B2C online business.
Dedicated and strong leader, capable of performing within a matrix structure, with a result orientated attitude, good organizational awareness and ability to influence key stakeholders.
Driven, energetic and entrepreneurial with a positive attitude towards quick and continuous changes in a rapidly changing environment.
Approachable team player with collaborative mind-set.
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to take each task through to completion.
Analytical self-starter with strong excel skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Strong experience in marketing and/or territory management role with proven experience managing external creative advertising, PR and media agencies along with internal central service departments.
Strong knowledge of online gaming industry, specifically within the online product category.
Budget and P&L management.
Fluent in Japanese language.
Proven commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
