Job Qualifications:1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration / Management, MBA2. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of working experience in the same capacity, specializing in Retail Operations and Sales Management, and Business Expansion.3. Must be growth-driven and knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies.4. Must have leadership with strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and people management skills.Job Responsibilities:1. Oversee the operations within the area, ensuring that each branch follows the organization's standards, policies, and procedures consistently.2. Provide guidance, support, and supervision to branch managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives while also addressing any unique challenges or opportunities within their respective regions.3. Implementing and enforcing standardized processes and regulations across branches.4. Oversee the financial performance of each branch within the area.5. Prepare site reports for expansion, including financials and sales forecasts in the area.6. Spearhead the company's growth and expansion efforts in the area.7. Ensure that sales, operations and financial targets are being met as committed upon.8. Research and acquire strategic sites for Laptap Enterprises, identifying the best potential locations for business expansion and negotiating the best rent and lease terms for each site in the area.9.
