Branch Staff (Calamba)

The Branch Staff is responsible for order picking, assisting customers in inspecting and loading their orders and maintaining cleanliness in the trading store.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Conducts physical count of inventory- Picks order by withdrawing boxes from the walk-in freezer- Assists customers in inspecting their orders- Assists customers in carrying the orders to the parking area- Assists the Cash and Inventory Associate or Branch Manager in any activity that requires heavy lifting- Performs cleaning activities before and after shift- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Highschool graduate- At least 1 year experience in warehousing- Able to lift heavy objects and tolerate cold temperature- High level of reliability and integrity- Open to shifting schedule**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Junior High School (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)- Inventory Management: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:- Night Shift (preferred)- Day Shift (preferred)
