Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administrative or customer service functions is required for this position.With Background in insurance operational processes is a plus.Must be Customer orientedHighly developed sense of integrityPleasant, patient and friendly attitudeDetail oriented and Highly organize Duties and Responsibilities: Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel's branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel's sales targets. Provide customer service support in a timely manner and reliable service delivery for after-sales requests.Processing of New Business transactions within the agreed service level standardAccurate and timely posting of premium collectionsProcessing of after sales transactions within the agreed service level standardsProvides effective customer and distributor service for walk-in clientsUpkeep of branch office facilitiesDistributor relationshipPerform other functions that would be required from time to time
