Branch Manager

**Job Summary**:Responsible for planning and directs the day-to-day operations of the store/branch. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that increases sales and grow customer base.**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales and Operations.- Review trade area and identify new market opportunities.- Keep in line with company growth strategy to meet or exceed company profit goals.- Manage accounting and budget information.- Source, train, coach and develop store staff.- Address customer issues and concerns promptly.**Minimum Qualification**:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management or any related Business course.- At least five (5) years of' experience related to the position.- Proven track record in operations planning, ability to motivate others and highly professional- Firm grasp of modern management skills and tactics.- Understanding of industry laws and regulations.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Can drive and with valid driver's license**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Management: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
