- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Provide support in managing budgets and financial records.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle the financial expenditures of the branch.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Ability to provide support in various administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of data analysis and entry
