Bpo Training Team Lead

Key Requirements:?
Graduate of any 4-year course.
2 to 3 years experience as a Trainer Team Lead in BPO/shared services industry
At least 3 years of training experience in soft skills and customer service.
At least 6 years BPO experience
Experience with Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum and Course Design, and Content Development
Basic working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectively
Excellent oral and written communication.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
Amenable to working on-site
