OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing the performance of call center representatives/ agents in operations focused on developing, tracking, monitoring, coaching, analysing and providing feedback on performance.

Requirements:

Experience as a Team Leader in an International Telco Sales account.
At least 2 years' experience as Team Leader in a call center environment
Sales experience required
Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Applicant must be amenable to shifting, 4/11 schedule.
Applicant must be willing to start ASAP
