FUNCTIONS As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Retail and be responsible for delivering Clienteling and commercial excellence of your store.You will be the role model for exceptional service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand.You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year.Experience necessary:At least 3 years demonstrable experience gained as Store Manager within a luxury fashion brandExperienced in driving Clientelling through the team and own VIP networkExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrategic thinker with a strong commercial acumenEnthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivatedKnowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and networkingSeeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt store and team issuesDemonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectationsShows innovation and initiativeHigh level of English
