RESPONSIBILITIES: Create quality measurements to track improvement in efficiency and accuracyDevelop quality assurance standards and company processesAdhere to company quality and process standardsEnsure Cyberbackers meet expectations and demandCreate reports documenting errors and issues for fixingEnsure that all cashflow are tracked and counter-checked before payoutRespond to inquiries during and after payoutHelp the team in addressing disputesCreate a process that will possibly minimize or eliminate discrepancies REQUIREMENTS: Sharp attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMeticulous and diligent attributesGreat team player with the ability to work with minimal supervisionMust have audit experienceKnowledge on Bookkeeping and Accounting
General Requirements
Good command of the English languageMust be 18 years of age and aboveA headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam
Device Specification
Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredWindows or Mac is acceptableAt least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
Network Requirements
