Billing & Invoicing Associate

The Senior Accounting Associate/ Accounting Associate for Order-to-Cash Billing (OTCBilling) is responsible for preparing billing invoices and providing billing-related services, in accordance with the SSC’s Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with the Divisions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key duties and responsibilities are:

1. Supports the OTC Team Lead/Manager in the billing/ invoicing activities from the Division/s to the GSSC, including a detailed and complete process documentation of his/her activities and task and attending training on OTC Billing processes.

2. Responsible for executing/ performing the following billing services, in accordance with his/ her KPI targets:

Processing of billing invoices;
Handling (a) the resolution of issues on billing, claims, payment reconciliation, and late payments, and (2) queries from customers and counterparts;
Requesting customer database creation/changes;
Preparation of billing-related entries; and

Senior Accounting Associates will handle more complex issues, queries, and reconciliations.

3. Supports the OTC Team Lead/Manager in the following areas:

Maintenance of a good working relationship with his/her customers and counterparts.
Ensuring a sound resiliency plan within his/ her area of responsibility, including a working back-up system and complete and updated process documentations
Assists the Billing Team, recommends and assists in rolling out continuous improvement initiatives with the operations and processes
