We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized skincare and beauty recommendations to clients, as well as promoting and selling our products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a deep understanding of skincare and beauty products, and enjoys helping clients enhance their natural beauty.Responsibilities Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations to clients Offer recommendations and demonstrations of our products Assist clients in selecting the right products for their specific needs Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store Requirements Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role Deep knowledge of skincare and beauty products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing exceptional customer service Strong sales and persuasion skills Ability to work well in a team environment Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Benefits Paid Time Off Performance Bonus
