Barista/Tea Master

1. Welcomes customers & makes & serves beverages.
2. They can also handle pastries, sandwiches & other foods.
3. A Tea Master has to follow specific recipes & preparation techniques for a number of menu items.
4. Communicate customer feedback to managers & recommend new menu items.
5. Check if brewing equipment and appliances operates properly & report any maintenance needs of the store.
6. They operate cash registers & credit / debit machines & are expected to keep a clean & well – stocked workspace.
7. Maintain a proper inventory of the store especially the cups and raw materials entrusted to its branch.
8. Comply with health & safety regulations.
9. Willing to adjust working hours and branch assignment.
