Candidate Profile:

As a Barista, it is important that you appreciate and enjoy coffee, is energetic, prompt, courteous, and able to converse in a lively manner to customers. Meticulous to store’s cleanliness, desirability, and food safety.

Job Overview:

You will be working with one of the best and most affordable Frappuccinos in the Metro. Joining us will also ensure that the coffee you served to customers is not just the ordinary – but is a coffee borne out of love.

Job Objectives:

To leave positive customer impression.

To deliver quality beverages in every transaction.

To clean and sanitize work station and maintain equipment in good condition at all times.

To keep on hand stock level every day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and secure countertop, equipment, and backup procedure.

Inventory Counting, Ordering, Refilling, Displaying, and Sorting accordingly.

Greets, upsells, prepares, and acknowledges customer inquiries, orders, and special recipe requests.

Knowledgeable of Menu and provide suitable beverage recommendation.

Job Specifications:

At least High School graduate.

Pleasing personality with good communication skills

Flexible working extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
