Bank Qa/Testing Manager - Makati - Up To 170K

We are hiring for a UAT Manager for a bank client located in Makati.

This is a regular Day Shift Mon to Fri job.

Salary is up to 170K based on experience.

Main Requirement: At least 3 years of experience within the banking industry.

Responsibilities: Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, and mentoring testing team members. Partner with stakeholders on the creation of value story / business case. Coordinate all cross-application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects into releases. Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings. Collaborate and provide release status to the leadership team and stakeholders. Raise tickets for changes, bugs, and actively follow up for closure. Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team. Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locations. Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions. Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available. Requirements: 5 years minimum relevant experience ideally from the banking industry. Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles, and Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices. Minimum of 5+ years experience in the design of detailed test plans, and creation and execution of test scripts. At least 2 years of managerial experience.
