Associate Project Lead

The APL's role is at the core of execution and entails assisting managers and project teams with the effective delivery of the project. Analysts are expected to have the ability to work independently and create client ready outcomesRESPONSIBILITIES- Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective research strategies. Gather required information using primary (survey, interview) research techniques- Organize, analyse, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative (statistical analysis, financial data analysis, etc.) and qualitative analysis (in-depth interviews, etc.) as required- Work on Questionnaire Designing, Online Survey Testing, Data Analysis (Q, SPSS and Excel) and Dashboards- Communicate research results through structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.).- Cull out key insights from data and research findingsREQUIRED SKILLS- 2 to 4 years of relevant Quantitative research experience- Experience in designing research questionnaire and research guides- Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies- Hand on experience working on analysis tools like Q, SPSS, R, etc.- Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis- Ability to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills- Strong verbal and oral communication- Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Quantitative Research: 2 years (required)- SPSS: 2 years (required)
