Assistant Vice President, Compensation and Benefits - PhilippinesThe Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards reports directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards and is responsible for supporting the VP in developing and implementing comprehensive Total Rewards strategies specifically tailored for the Philippines. They assist in managing the organization's compensation and benefits to attract, motivate, and retain employees in the Philippine context. The Assistant VP plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, analyzing data to assess program effectiveness, and collaborating with HR and leadership teams to align Total Rewards offerings with organizational goals in the Philippines.
Provide overall management of the Compensation & Benefits function within the company to include but not limited to, Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Salary Structure and Policy Implementation, Workday data and systems management, 201 File/ Employee Data management, Vendor management, Statutory Benefits administration, Reporting and Data administration, guidance to the compensation & benefits team;Provide support to the implementation of site Compensation strategies;Advise the VP for Total Rewards whether the benefits are fair and reasonable and in line with market rates, cost effective, and documented in the handbook and on the intranet site;Responsible for the administration of bonus plans and advise the VP for Total Rewards of inequities in the business ensure the plan is administered with a streamlined process approach in the designated area of the business;Develop policies based on long and short-term compensation strategy of the business and partner with management to drive business value and proactive employer of choice initiatives to drive motivation, diversity, retention, positive work environment, etc.;Partner with functional Managers & key HR process owners to implement proactive employee retention strategies, roll out initiatives, & provide support & assistance to operations and other support functions;Participate in New Employee Orientation activities as subject matter expert;Responsible for the administration and implementation of all employee benefits for employees in the designated area of the business.Manage the Total Rewards Services facility of employee enquiries & respond in a timely manner to queries and/or escalate major concerns within TAT to the VP for Total Rewards.Perform other job-related assignments that may be assigned from time to time;Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related coursesPreferable with Post Graduate degreeAt least 7 years' experience in Compensation & BenefitsAt least 3 years' experience as a manager in the fieldExposure in Multinational environment predominately BPO/ Call Center / Financial/ Service environment, and with at least 1,500 workforceExtensive skills and knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
