As an Assistant to the Career Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the career counseling team in delivering high-quality guidance and mentorship to individuals seeking professional development and landing a job.

Responsibilities: Following through with the implementation of career development plans.Assisting in the development of personalized job search plans for students.Engaging in assistant services for overseas employment guidance consultants. Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, education, or business management.Be familiar with the U.S. job market, possessing experience in U.S. headhunting, human resources, or related fields.Demonstrate strong adaptability and teamwork skills, along with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Possess strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
